There are many types of juices out there in the stores to buy, and many claim they are healthy and have all the vitamins a person needs.  However these juices have been chemically processed, preserved and pasteurized when produced, which destroyed the vitamins and micro elements.

By investing in a good quality juicer, one can make delicious fresh squeezed vegetable & fruit juices.

Benefits of FRESH vegetable and fruit juice:

  • Excellent for your body
  • Takes very little digestion
  • Enters your blood stream right away
  • Assists the body by flushing old & dead cells
  • Dissolves stones in our liver & kidneys
  • Increases the alkalinity of your body
  • Cleanses the blood, muscles & tissues
  • Helps prevent cancer and other diseases

In order to capture all the enzymes and nutrients, it is important to drink the juice within 15 to 20 minutes after it was made, as prolonged exposure to air, will oxidized all the enzymes.

I am sure we all heard about Mr Jack Lalanne, the fitness, nutrition and exercise expert. Jack just celebrated his 95 birthday, and he doesn't look a day over 60.  He swears by juicing everyday, and no wonder along with a great exercise plan, he looks and feels great. He also has his own line of juicers, which I do own, and in my opinion love.

If you would like to improve your health, diet, skin, energy level and more, I strongly encourage one to invest in a juicer.  It will be a small price you pay and the benefits are amazing. Remember that blenders are also great for mixing berries, bananas, your favourite non-dairy beverage, milk, water, nuts, flax seed, hemp seeds etc.  No matter what you make, as long as you use healthy choices, your body will thank you!
